There are a couple of things that we felt were special about working with them that might have been different with other contractors. 1) Everything was on budget - Ajay was always correct on our costs. 2) If something we thought we wanted was not going to work out to our satisfaction, the guys would tell us and guess what - they were right! 3) They offered outstanding ideas that resulted in an outstanding finished product. All of their staff was great and they were done on our scheduled date. We would absolutely have them back for further remodels. John Wiechmann08/04/2024AJ and the FII team remodeled the entire first and second floor of our house. Communication was excellent, both with us and the subcontractors. He kept the subs accountable, which not every GC does (at least not in my experience). Quality of work is solid. We lived in another part of the house during the remodel (with two kids and two dogs) - his crew left the place clean every night. Big picture: on time, on budget, as promised.
